Xiaomi is the world’s number one smartphone brand. It is a relatively new Chinese company, founded in 2010. But this year it surpassed both Samsung and Apple.
Its smartphones have gained wide popularity in both China and India due to the relatively cheap cost. But smartphones are not the only product the consumer electronics company is selling.
Xiaomi’s gadgets make up 25% ($6.4 billion) of their revenue as of 2018. The gadgets sold by Xiaomi can all be connected to Mi Home, the only app that manages all its smart home devices.
